What is your Minimum Order Quantity?
We are very flexible when it comes to minimum order quantities, it is most economical to purchase in quantities over 10k sets but we are flexible and will always quote for smaller quantities to support your business. Please contact us to discuss your requirements, if you have a large or small MOQ, you may be surprised at how we can support your business.
Do you offer your own formulation/liquid?
Although we do not have our own laboratory facilities, we have partnerships with formulation chemists. We also have our own in-house formulations for nail varnish removers, eye make-up removers and salicylic acid formulations. We have other formulations available, please contact us to discuss further.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to all over the world.
Can you provide a New Product Development service?
Yes, we love to hear from prospective customers and we are used to working with all departments in an organisation to develop an idea into the finished product.
We have our own formulation; can you use this?
Yes, most of our customers provide us with their own approved and tested formulation, and we supply everything else!
Will I get to talk to a specialist when I call?

Are samples provided free of charge?
Yes, we regularly supply samples for testing and evaluation purposes free of charge. If it is a larger sample request, a small fee may be charged to cover the cost of the fabric and postage.
How quickly can I expect to receive samples?
For most requests we aim to send out samples within 24 hours, larger quantities this may take a little longer.
